I went with Becky today for a short ride over to New Kelso then follow the river to Coulags a little over 8 miles. I probably should not have gone, as having quite a bad Meniere's flair up causing me to be very unsteady on my feet. I had to concentrate hard to be able to stay on my bike, almost came off a few times as soon as I tried looking anywhere else other than straight ahead. Anyway my total this month now stands at 233 miles

14/04/21 Second ride of the day, another 12 miles added taking my total to 225 so far this month. That's my target goal of 220 achieved
